Thanks for ordering with Budget Topsoil. Please take a moment to read through these Terms and Conditions. By receiving these Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to them unless you contact us within 24 hours upon receipt.

We will contact you to arrange delivery. Please note delivery may take up to 3 days; however, we always aim to deliver within 24 hours where possible. We will contact you via email or phone to arrange a delivery date and confirm your order. Our deliveries are between 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

We will endeavour to drop the delivery in the area you specify. All our products are delivered by HIAB trucks. Budget Topsoil takes no responsibility for any damage where placement of goods has been agreed between the driver, on behalf of Budget Topsoil, and the customer.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are able to offer delivery to the postcodes listed below. Delivery charges are calculated based on distance from our depot.

Orders within 10 miles are subject to a standard delivery charge. Orders between 10 and 20 miles will incur a £20 delivery charge.

While we aim to provide next day delivery where possible, during busy periods deliveries may take up to 3–4 working days.

All of our soil has been tested, and we are proud to hold both BSI and PASS 100 accreditations. Our soil is tested every month and meets strict quality criteria, making it safe and suitable for home gardens, public parks, and commercial properties.
